To promote air circulation and to reduce heat and moisture with better efficiency.SOLUTION: This vehicle seat ventilation mechanism comprises: a body case 10 which is provided in at least one cushioning material of a seat cushion and a seat back, and of which an interior becomes an air circulation space; fans 11, 12 which are located in the body case 10; and an air outlet 13 which is provided at a position separated from the fans 11, 12, and exhausts air stream in association with air intake of the fans 11, 12. Comfort in climatic conditions on a vehicle seat side, which is a reverse side of a contact surface, is improved by the air stream, and by replacing the same with thermal environment on a seating person side on which discomfort factor is increased, comfort in climate in a clothing can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
