The present invention promotes air circulation and reduces heat and humidity more efficiently. The present invention comprises: a body case (10) that is provided in the cushioning material of a seat cushion and/or a seat back and has an interior serving as an air circulation space; a fan (11, 12) disposed in the body case (10); and an exhaust port (13) that is provided at a position separated fromthe fan (11, 12) and exhausts the airflow created by the intake action of the fan (11, 12). The airflow enhances the comfort of microclimate conditions on the vehicle seat side, on the other side ofthe contact surface, and can enhance the comfort of the clothing microclimate by effecting an exchange with the thermal environment on the seat-occupant side where there is an increase in causal factors of discomfort.
