To provide a seat air-conditioner and the like where clogging of a seat skin due to a foreign matter hardly occurs.SOLUTION: A seat air-conditioner 30 can supply air-conditioning wind to a seat 10. The seat air-conditioner 30 generates air-conditioning wind, which passes a seating face skin 12 and a backrest skin 14 of the seat 10, by rotation of a fan of an air blower. An air-conditioning duct 20, which partitions at least a part of a flow channel of air-conditioning wind fed to the seating face skin 12 and the backrest skin 14 from the air blower, is provided with dust sensors 71, 72 which detect a foreign matter sucked into the air-conditioning duct 20. The seat air-conditioner 30 rotates the fan in a direction opposite to a direction when generating air-conditioning wind on the basis of foreign matter detection information from the dust sensors 71, 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
