To obtain high survey accuracy while reducing a cost related to installation of a target for standardization for aerial photographic survey.SOLUTION: There is provided a launching pad 220 for an unmanned aerial vehicle on which a UAV 200 is installed before the start of a flight, the launching pad 220 for the UAV 200 comprising: a target display 224 that constitutes a control point used for aerial photographic survey; and positioning parts 221, 222 that determine the position of the UAV 200 with respect to the launching pad 220 in a state where the position of the UAV 200 with respect to the target display 224 is specified in the stage before a flight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
