To provide a travel route selection system for an electric track, which can improve electric power consumption.SOLUTION: A travel route selection system for an electric track includes: map information acquisition means (11) for acquiring map information including transportation route information on a plurality of transportation routes; an electric power consumption map storage unit (13) for storing an electric power consumption map during traveling in advance for estimating an electric power consumption consumed by the electric track when the electric track travels on a prescribed route at a prescribed average vehicle speed without stopping; average vehicle speed estimation means (12) for estimating an average vehicle speed during traveling excluding stopping time included for each of the plurality of transportation routes; electric power consumption estimation means (14) for estimating an electric power consumption for each of the plurality of transportation routes on the basis of the average vehicle speed estimated by the average vehicle speed estimation means and the electric power consumption map; and optimal route selection means (15) for selecting an optimal route on the basis of basic information including information on the electric power consumption for each of the plurality of transportation routes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
