To provide a vehicular damping control device, which effectively damps vibration of a vehicle body in a resonance frequency of the vehicle body and in a frequency range between the resonance frequency of the vehicle body and a resonance frequency of a wheel without detecting upper/lower limit acceleration of the wheel.SOLUTION: A damping control device (10) comprises a control device (30) which controls actuators (28FL and the like) that generate force acting between vehicle bodies (16) and wheels (12FL and the like). The control device memorizes single-wheel models of a vehicle including a damper, a spring and a skyhook device having an inerter. The control device calculates, as target damping force (Fcht) to be applied onto the spring, a value determined by multiplying control gain (e) to the sum of product of acceleration detected by acceleration sensors (32 and the like) and equivalent mass of the inerter, product of a first-order integrated value of the acceleration and an attenuation coefficient of the damper and product of a second-order integrated value of the acceleration and spring constant of the spring, and controls the actuators on the basis of target generative force (Fchj) based on the target damping force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
