To provide an electric vehicle charge control device which can appropriately estimate the charging rate of a battery during charging, without suspending power supply from an external power supply.SOLUTION: The electric vehicle charge control device includes: charge control execution means 21 which executes battery charge control so that a battery voltage becomes a target voltage; and estimation control execution means 22 which executes the estimation control of the battery charging rate while the charge control execution means is executing the charge control. The estimation control execution means operates on-vehicle equipment at predetermined timing during the execution of the charge control, so that the charge current of the battery falls to a first current value or lower, and estimates the battery charging rate on the basis of both end voltage of the battery at timing when a state that the battery charge current is the first current value or lower is maintained for a predetermined time. The charge control execution means continues charging the battery on the basis of the battery charging rate estimated by the estimation control execution means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】外部電源からの電力供給を停止することなく、充電中にバッテリの充電率を適切に推定することができる電動車両の充電制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】バッテリの電圧が目標電圧となるようにバッテリの充電制御を実行する充電制御実行手段21と、充電制御実行手段による充電制御の実行中にバッテリの充電率の推定制御を実行する推定制御実行手段22と、を有し、推定制御実行手段は、充電制御の実行中の所定のタイミングで車載機器を作動させてバッテリの充電電流が第1の電流値以下となるようにし、バッテリの充電電流が第1の電流値以下である状態が所定時間維持されたタイミングで、バッテリの両端電圧に基づいてバッテリの充電率を推定し、充電制御実行手段が推定制御実行手段によって推定されたバッテリの充電率に基づいてバッテリの充電を継続する構成とする。【選択図】図1
