To suppress a communication load when diagnosing a vehicle.SOLUTION: A simple primary diagnosis is made by a primary diagnosis section 21 of an on-vehicle system 12 (Step S101). When an abnormality is detected through the primary diagnosis ("Yes" in the determination in Step S102), whether or not the abnormality can be sensed by a driver is determined. Only when a determination that the abnormality can be sensed by the driver and affects traveling of a vehicle is made ("Yes" in both of the determinations in Steps S104, S105), a secondary diagnosis is requested by using a cloud service including data communications (Step S110). In contrast, when a determination that the abnormality cannot be sensed by the driver or does not immediately affect traveling of the vehicle is made ("No" in the determination in Step S104 or Step S105), the secondary diagnosis is not requested.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車両の診断を行なう際の通信負荷を抑制する。【解決手段】簡易的な一次診断は、車載システム12の一次診断部21で行ない(ステップS101)、この一次診断で異常が検出されたときに(ステップS102の判定が“Yes”)、その異常が運転者にとって感知できるか否かを判断する。そして、運転者にとって感知可能で、且つ車両の走行に影響すると判断したときだけ(ステップS104、S105の判定が共に“Yes”)、データ通信を伴うクラウドサービスを利用して、二次診断を要求する(ステップS110)。一方、運転者にとって感知できない、又は車両の走行に直ちに影響しないと判断したときには(ステップS104、又はS105の判定が“No”)、二次診断の要求をしない。【選択図】図2
