To provide an interior material for vehicle by binding a substrate and a skin material without using an adhesive or an adhesive film, and saving weight, while securing adhesive strength and abrasion resistance, at low cost.SOLUTION: An interior material for vehicle 1 contains a natural fiber or a glass fiber, a substrate 2 containing a first thermoplastic resin fiber and having density of 0.2 to 0.7 g/cm, and a skin material 3 containing a second thermoplastic resin fiber and a low melting point resin fiber and having basis weight of 50 to 500 g/m. The skin material 3 is laminated on a surface of the substrate 2, there is a crossconnected layer, in which the second thermoplastic resin fiber is inserted into a tissue of the substrate and the first thermoplastic resin fiber are crossconnected, in a boundary surface of the substrate and the skin material, and adhesive strength between the substrate 2 and the skin material 3 is 5 to 80 N/25 mm at detachment of 180 degree with detachment width of 25 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 接着強度と耐摩耗性を確保しつつ、車両用内装材を接着剤や接着フィルムを用いずに、基材と表皮材を結合し、軽量化し、低コストで提供する。【解決手段】 車両用内装材1は、天然繊維又はガラス繊維と、第1熱可塑性樹脂繊維を含む、密度が0.2〜0.7 g/cm3の基材2と、第2熱可塑性樹脂繊維および低融点樹脂繊維を含む、目付が50〜500g/m2の表皮材3を備える。基材2の表面に表皮材3が積層されるとともに、前記基材と前記表皮材の境界面に、前記第2熱可塑性樹脂繊維が基材の組織に入り込んで前記第1熱可塑性樹脂繊維と交絡する交絡層を備え、前記基材2と前記表皮材3の間の接着強度が剥離幅25mmで180度の剥離にて5〜80N/25mmである。【選択図】 図3
