To execute charging within a range of an allowable current of each of charger units and power supply lines in charging batteries for a plurality of electrically-driven autonomous mobile bodies with one of the charger units by aligning the plurality of electrically-driven autonomous mobile bodies in a series state and electrically connecting the charger units with the plurality of electrically-driven autonomous mobile bodies..SOLUTION: In charging batteries for a plurality of electrically-driven autonomous mobile bodies, each of the electrically-driven autonomous mobile bodies transmits charging state information of the batteries for the electrically-driven autonomous mobile bodies of their own. A controller controls switching between a charging state and a non-charging state of the battery for each of the electrically-driven autonomous mobile bodies on the basis of the charging state information of the battery for each of the electrically-driven autonomous mobile bodies, so that a total sum of currents running through the battery of each of the electrically-driven autonomous mobile bodies does not exceed an allowable current of each of charger units and power supply lines.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
