To inhibit change of an angle of a steering shaft during a vehicle collision.SOLUTION: A steering shaft support structure is configured so that coupling of a first coupling member 31 and the dash part 9 is released to narrow a deformation allowance space S formed between the first coupling member 31 a vertical wall part 13 of the dash part 9 in an anteroposterior direction when the dash part 9 deforms in conjunction with a frontal collision of a vehicle.
