To provide a fuel cell unit capable of restraining positional deviation of cell effectively, when a fuel cell module including a cell laminate is fixed to a fixed member at a position separated from the center of gravity thereof, and to provide a fuel cell vehicle including the same.SOLUTION: A fuel cell unit 1 includes a fuel cell module 5 having a fuel cell stack 10 including a cell laminate, an end plate, an opposite member, and first and second binding members 18, 19 for binding the position of the laminate, and fixing members 24a-24c for fixing the fuel cell module to a fixed member. The center of gravity G of the fuel cell module exists farther on one side in the lamination direction than the region between the fixing members, the first binding member binds farther one side in the lamination direction than the center of the laminate, the second binding member binds farther the other side in the lamination direction than the center of the laminate, and the first and second binding members are provided so that the binding force for binding farther one side in the lamination direction than the center of the laminate becomes larger than the binding force for binding farther the other side in the lamination direction than the center of the laminate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
