To provide a vehicle start control system which can realize smooth starting while suppressing slip-down when automatically starting on a slope.SOLUTION: The vehicle start control system includes an acceleration sensor, a brake force generation device, a drive force generation device and a control device which controls the brake force generation device and the drive force generation device. The control device, when the start of a vehicle is requested, sets a start possibility area in which there is a possibility of the start of the vehicle based on the front and rear direction acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor and decreases the brake force by a second rate while increasing the drive force by a first rate. When the operating point of the vehicle determined by the drive force and the brake force enters the start possibility area, the brake force is increased by a third rate which is lower than the first rate while the brake force is decreased by a fourth rate which is lower than the second rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

    【課題】勾配路での自動発進においてずり下がりを抑えつつ滑らかな発進を実現することができる車両の発進制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】発進制御システムは、加速度センサと、制動力発生装置と、駆動力発生装置と、制動力発生装置及び駆動力発生装置を制御する制御装置とを備える。制御装置は、車両の発進が要求された場合、加速度センサにより検出された前後方向の加速度に基づいて車両の発進の可能性がある発進可能性領域を設定し、駆動力を第1レートで増大させつつ制動力を第2レートで低下させていく。そして、駆動力と制動力とで定まる車両の動作点が発進可能性領域に入った場合、駆動力を第1レートより低い第3レートで増大させつつ制動力を第2レートより低い第4レートで低下させていく。【選択図】図8
