To provide a resin molding that can be easily manufactured while its adverse effect on a circuit component is reduced.SOLUTION: A torque detection device comprises: a holder 41, made of resin, which has a circuit component accommodation part 85 accommodating a circuit unit 46; and a resin housing 25 integrally holding the holder 41. The circuit component accommodation part 85 is provided with a specific accommodation part 86 having: first and second mounting parts 63, 69 with first and second communication holes 62, 68 formed therein; and first and second covers 64, 70 such that open ends 64a, 70a are fixed to the first and second mounting parts 63, 69 and internal spaces 67, 73 communicate via the first and second communication holes 62, 68, the specific accommodation part accommodating a capacitor 93.
