To provide power supply equipment capable of restraining current flow to a parasitic diode, when a field effect transistor is in OFF state.SOLUTION: Power supply equipment includes a field effect transistor provided between first and second electric power supplies for supplying electric power to an in-vehicle load, so that the forward direction of a parasitic diode is from the first electric power supply to the second electric power supply, and a control section for turning the field effect transistor OFF when the voltage value on the second electric power supply side goes above the voltage value on the first electric power supply side, on the basis of the voltages at both ends of the field effect transistor, and turning the field effect transistor ON when the voltage value on the first electric power supply side goes above the voltage value on the second electric power supply side by a prescribed threshold voltage value or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】電界効果トランジスタがオフの状態において、寄生ダイオードに電流が流れることを抑制することができる電力供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】電力供給装置は、車載負荷に電力を供給する第1電源と第2電源との間に、寄生ダイオードの順方向が該第1電源から該第2電源となるように設けられた電界効果トランジスタと、前記電界効果トランジスタの両端の電圧に基づいて、前記第2電源側の電圧値が前記第1電源側の電圧値よりも高くなった場合、前記電界効果トランジスタをオフにし、前記第1電源側の電圧値が前記第2電源側の電圧値よりも所定の閾値電圧値以上高くなった場合、前記電界効果トランジスタをオンにする制御部とを備える。【選択図】図1
