To provide an underwater conveyance apparatus: conveying a conveyance body by a mobile device capable of moving underwater; having the conveyance body be detachable from the mobile device; reliably maintaining a retained state of the conveyance body; and having the mobile device be capable of being easily detached from the conveyance body.SOLUTION: An underwater conveyance apparatus includes a mobile device 1 capable of moving underwater and a conveyance body (cutoff lid) 2 and the mobile device retains the conveyance body and conveys it underwater, in this case, the mobile device and the conveyance body have an attachment/detachment mechanism 3, the attachment/detachment mechanism includes a connection unit 4 provided on the mobile device and a connected unit 5 provided on the conveyance body, the connection unit is composed of electromagnet, the connected unit is composed of magnetic substance, and the connection unit is attachable to the connected unit by turning on/off of a power source in the connection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
