To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for fastening a workpiece for constituting an airframe of an aircraft.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method comprises: a derivation step of deriving a representative value of a clearance from statistic data of measuring the clearance between mutually fastened first workpiece and second workpiece by constituting an airframe of an aircraft; a first insertion step S204 of trying insertion into the clearance of a tolerance shim of an allowable tolerance in a thickness when the representative value is smaller than the allowable tolerance of the clearance and trying insertion into the clearance of a tolerance time jig of two times of the allowable tolerance in the thickness when the tolerance shim is non-insertable; and a second insertion step S206 of trying insertion into the clearance of a difference shim being the thickness of subtracting the allowable tolerance from the representative value when the representative value is larger than the allowable tolerance of the clearance, trying insertion into the clearance of a representative shim being the representative value in the thickness when the difference shim is insertable, and trying insertion into the clearance of an addition jig of adding the allowable tolerance to the representative value when the representative shim is insertable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
