To dispense with a post processing for grinding and flattening a seat surface with which a magnetic sensor is kept into contact, after insert molding, by effectively suppressing intermediate recessed deformation caused by a sink due to molding shrinkage of a disc portion around a sensor mounting hole with a simple structure, in a protective cover composed of a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin main body and a metallic annular body integrated by insert molding.SOLUTION: A protective cover is composed of a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin main body 1A and a metallic annular body 1B integrated by insert molding. The main body 1A includes a disc portion 2, and a sensor holder portion 4 protecting a magnetic sensor.
