To provide a rail wavy wear detection device of which detection accuracy is improved.SOLUTION: This rail wavy wear detection device comprises: an acceleration sensor 11 which is a measuring apparatus which measures at least one of a vibrational acceleration and a noise to a travel time of a railway vehicle 10 which travels on a rail 25, and acquires time base data D1; and a CPU 13a which is an arithmetic unit which performs high-pass filter processing, performs absolute value processing, and performs low-pass filter processing of the time base data D1 thereby making high frequency vibration data D2, and convers the high frequency vibration data D2 into space axis data D3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
