To realize a structure which can prevent occurrence of rust between base end parts of a pair of stationery flange pieces of an outer ring which are located in proximity with each other in a circumferential direction.SOLUTION: Between base end parts of a pair of stationery flange pieces 10a, 10b which are located in proximity with each other in a circumferential direction, a projection part 18, which projects to radial direction outward from an outer peripheral surface of an outer ring 6a, and of which a radial direction outward projection quantity becomes larger at a circumferential direction intermediate portion with respect to circumferential direction both side parts, is provided. An outer peripheral surface of the projection part 18 are smoothly connected to a convex circular surface 21 of the circumferential direction intermediate portion and a concave circular surface 22 of the circumferential direction both side parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
