A server 200 selects a rescue EV 102, which supplies electric power to a power shortage EV 101, from other respective vehicles 100 when receiving a help signal, which requires for electric power supply to the power shortage EV 101 from other vehicle 100, from the power shortage EV 101. The rescue EV 102 moves to a place of the power shortage EV 101, and decides a stop position of the rescue EV 102 from circumferential situation of the power shortage EV 101 detected by the detection device, and then, executes electric power supply to the power shortage EV 101 at the stop position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
