To prevent a hard stopper part exposed due to abrasion of a stopper elastic part from colliding with an inner peripheral surface side of an external cylinder.SOLUTION: On an outer peripheral surface of an inside attachment member 11, a stopper part 16 is formed, which can contact with an inner peripheral surface side of an outer cylinder 12 when the inside attachment member and the outer cylinder relatively moves so as to approach each other. A stopper elastic part 34 covers the stopper part. At a circumferential intermediate portion in the stopper part, a recess part 16a is formed so as to extend radially inward in a recess axis direction. In the stopper elastic part, an outside portion 34b positioned outside in a circumferential direction with respect to an inside portion 34a covering the recess part of the stopper part, projects radially outward with respect to the inside portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
