To provide a vibration isolation device in which stress concentration occurring in a bracket is suppressed at a vibration input time under a specific condition.SOLUTION: A vibration isolation device 1 comprises: a fitting member 2; an elastic member 3; a synthetic resin bracket 4 connected to the fitting member 2 via the elastic member 3; and a cylindrical coupling metal fitting 5 having a through-hole O5, the bracket 4 and the coupling metal fitting 5 being integrally formed. A vibration input position P does not match a virtual line L1 passing through a central axis O5 of two through-holes 5h of the coupling metal fittings 5 in plan view, the coupling metal fitting 5 has a flange part 51 on the edge side close to the vibration input position P in the direction along the central axis O5, the flange part 51 includes: a first outermost peripheral edge 51a; and a second outermost peripheral edge 51b, the length L51a to the first outermost peripheral edge 51a from the central axis O5 of the through-hole 5h as a reference is longer than the length L51b to the second outermost peripheral edge 51b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
