To provide a passenger guide system which can improve accuracy of congestion rate guide even in the case a large change or an accuracy decline of congestion rate prediction is anticipated because of an operation confusion caused by an operation diagram with long time stay in a station or a failure of trains or signal systems.SOLUTION: A passenger guide system 10 discriminates between a predicted congestion rate information and a measured congestion rate information responding to different train running states where the guide information uses a predicted congestion rate when a target train 50 for guiding does not reach a target station 70 for guiding (before congestion rate settling at the target station 70 for guiding) or the guide information uses a measured congestion rate when the target train 50 for guiding reached the target station 70 for guiding (after congestion rate settling at the target station 70 for guiding). Timing to switch between using the predicted congestion rate information and using the measured one is decided depending on judging getting on or off state of passenger in each number vehicle in the condition that after a train arrival, weight change rate measurement information of each number vehicle reported from weight measuring parts of existing equipment of a staying train, and the like is monitored and the weight change rate is equal to or less than a constant value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】駅での停車時分の長い走行ダイヤや列車、信号などの故障に伴う運行乱れ時で混雑率予測の大幅変動・精度低下が考えられるケースであっても、混雑率案内の精度を向上させることが可能となる旅客案内システムを提供する。【解決手段】旅客案内システム10は、案内対象列車50が案内対象駅70に到着していない走行状態(案内対象駅70での混雑率確定前)では案内情報として予測混雑率を使用し、案内対象列車50が案内対象駅70に到着後の状態(案内対象駅70での混雑率確定後)では案内情報として実測混雑率を使用することで、列車の走行状態に応じて予測混雑率情報と実測混雑率情報を使い分ける。予測混雑率情報使用と実測混雑率情報使用の切換タイミングは、到着後停車中の車両既存設備の重量測定部等から各号車毎の重量変化率測定情報を監視し、重量変化率が一定値以下となることで各号車毎の乗客の乗降状況を判断し切換タイミングを決定する。【選択図】図1
