To provide an on-vehicle component fitting structure which can achieve both of enhancement in on-vehicle component holding power and improvement in fitting workability.SOLUTION: A bracket 4 has a pair of support faces 23 and a rotation regulation engaging part 18, and is fixed to a vehicle side. An on-vehicle component 6 has a pair of shaft-shaped projections 40 and a rotation regulation locking part 41, and is held by the bracket. A pair of recesses 24, which are so recessed as to be capable of holding the pair of projections 40, are provided on the pair of support faces 23. A pair of leaf spring members 5, which are opposite to the pair of recesses 24 respectively, are fixed to the bracket 4. The leaf spring member 5 elastically holds the projection 40 between itself and the recess 24, and the rotation regulation locking part 41 is engaged with the rotation regulation engaging part 18, whereby the on-vehicle component 6 is held by the bracket 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
