To provide a shock absorption mechanism for a vehicle provided with a damper which absorbs a shock of a seat part receiving from a support part of the vehicle and can acquire a prescribed friction force irrespective of an attachment site.SOLUTION: A shock absorption mechanism for a vehicle allows a damper 10 to be provided with a sliding member and a storage part, and allows the storage part to be provided with a friction generation means 30. The friction generation means 30 includes an outer lateral surface of the sliding member, a plurality of abutting members and a plurality of energizing means which press each of the abutting members against the sliding members. The plurality of abutting members and the plurality of energizing means are arranged such that the inner product of vectors of energizing forces which operate on each of the plurality of energizing means from each of at least one pair of energizing means, of the plurality of energizing means becomes 0 or negative.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】、乗り物の支持部から受けるシート部の衝撃を吸収するとともに、取付場所によらず所定の摩擦力を得ることができるダンパを備えた乗り物用衝撃吸収機構を提供する。【解決手段】乗り物用衝撃吸収機構は、ダンパ10は、摺動部材と、収納部とを備え、該収納部に摩擦発生手段30を備えている。摩擦発生手段30は、摺動部材の外側面と、複数の当接部材と、当接部材のそれぞれを摺動部材に押し付ける複数の付勢手段とを備える。複数の付勢手段のうち少なくとも一対の付勢手段のそれぞれから複数の当接部材のそれぞれに作用する付勢力のベクトルの内積が0又は負になるように、複数の当接部材と複数の付勢手段とが配置されている。【選択図】図1
