To provide a control technique for controlling a flying unmanned aircraft by a battery amount.SOLUTION: A unmanned aircraft control device 107 is a control device for controlling an unmanned aircraft by a battery amount, and comprises: a flight distance calculation part 203 which calculates a flight distance from a landing position of an unmanned aircraft and an airframe position at an arbitrary time point; a battery situation acquisition part 204 which acquires a battery amount of the unmanned aircraft; an expected battery consumption amount calculation part 205 which calculates an expected battery consumption amount when the unmanned aircraft flies the distance calculated by the flight distance calculation part; and a return judgement part 206 whether the unmanned aircraft can return by flight of the flight distance based on the battery amount and the expected battery consumption amount of the unmanned aircraft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
