To provide a conjugated diene polymer composition capable of providing a rubber composition excellent in silica dispersibility, excellent in fuel saving performance and wet grip performance, and having sufficient breaking strength, breaking elongation and abrasion resistance sufficient in actual uses.SOLUTION: There is provided a conjugated diene polymer composition in which a silica inorganic filler is dispersed in a conjugated diene polymer, and volume fraction of the silica inorganic filler in the conjugated diene polymer composition φ (vol%) and Payne effect ΔG' (MPa) calculated by a viscoelasticity test satisfy the following formula (I). ΔG'<0.250×exp(0.162×φ) (I), where ΔG' represents the Payne effect obtained as difference of storage elastic modulus (G') values when 0.07% strain and 1200% strain of the conjugated diene polymer composition are measured according to ASTM D6204, and φ represents volume fraction (vol%) of the silica inorganic filler in the conjugated diene polymer composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
