To provide an outboard engine lifting device that can automatically change a lifting speed in accordance with a state of an outboard engine.SOLUTION: An outboard engine lifting device (1) includes: a first oil passage for connecting through a pump (42), a second chamber of a rotary actuator (140) and a second chamber of one or a plurality of trim cylinders (12); a second oil passage connected to a first chamber of at least any one of the one or the plurality of trim cylinders (12); a selector valve (60) provided on the second oil passage; and a control part (100) for controlling the selector valve (60) referring to a hull state signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
