To provide a vehicular drive power distribution apparatus that gives more strength to first and second disconnect-connect teeth used in a disconnect-connect mechanism.SOLUTION: An outer circumferential disconnect-connect tooth 60a disposed on an outer circumferential side of a disconnect-connect sleeve 60 is larger than an internal circumferential spline tooth 60b on an inner circumferential side of the disconnect-connect sleeve 60. Because of this, the outer circumferential disconnect-connect tooth 60a and an inner circumferential disconnect-connect tooth 56a that meshed with it are positioned so as to be beneficial for transmitting torque, and therefore, a drive power distribution apparatus is configured to give more strength to the inner circumferential disconnect-connect tooth 56a and outer circumferential disconnect-connect tooth 60a even with constraint in a space due to comprising a synchronization mechanism, thus making it possible to increase durability of the inner circumferential disconnect-connect tooth 56a and outer circumferential disconnect-connect tooth 60a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
