To construct a system that transfers the latitude and longitude (position information) of an informer acquired by a base station of a disaster response organization to an autonomously flying robot upon occurrence of a disaster, allows the autonomously flying robot to automatically navigate to a position of the informer (disaster site), and allows the disaster response organization to subjectively and objectively collect site information and the like.SOLUTION: An autonomously flying robot system transfers the latitude and longitude (position information) of an informer acquired by a base station of a disaster response organization to a flight controller of an autonomously flying robot through an interface to thereby allow the autonomously flying robot to automatically navigate to a disaster site, and transfers disaster site information as images or sound through a mounted camera, a microphone or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】災害発生時、災害対応機関基地局が取得した通報者の緯度・経度(位置情報)を自律飛行型ロボットに移行し、通報者の位置(発災地)に自動航行させ、災害対応機関が主体的、客観的に現場情報収集等を実施することが出来るシステムを構築すること。【解決手段】災害対応機関基地局が取得した通報者の緯度・経度(位置情報)を、インターフェイスを介して自律飛行型ロボットのフライト・コントローラーに移行することによって、自律飛行型ロボットの発災地への自動航行を可能にすると共に、搭載カメラ、マイク等で発災地現場情報を画像、音響にて伝送するのを特徴とする。【選択図】図4
