To provide a transportation route planning support apparatus and a transportation route planning support method capable of supporting further valuable transportation route plan formulation by searching a wide design space to generate many candidates for transportation routes, and analyzing correlation between the transportation routes and an introduction effect.SOLUTION: A transportation route planning support apparatus 100 is configured to divide a city into a plurality of areas, select a plurality of divided areas according to a predetermined method, and generate many route planning candidates including many transportation routes passing through the selected area. The support apparatus includes a route generation unit 117 configured to define position information of public transport stations and information based on a positional relation with adjacent stations as explanatory variables as well as public transportation introduction indices as objective variables, analyze correlations between the explanatory variables and the objective variables, generate transportation routes in which the positional information on the stations and a connection relation are changed according to values of correlation coefficients calculated by the correlation analysis, and display at least the generated transportation routes on a display unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】広い設計空間を探索することで交通路線の候補を多数生成し、交通路線と導入効果の相関関係を分析することで、より価値の高い交通路線計画策定を支援し得る交通路線計画策定支援装置及び交通路線計画策定の支援方法を提供する。【解決手段】交通路線計画策定支援装置100は、都市を複数のエリアに分割し、分割したエリアを所定の方法で複数選択し、選択したエリアを通過する複数の交通路線から構成される路線計画候補を多数生成する。公共交通機関の駅の位置情報及び隣接駅との位置関係に基づく情報を説明変数とすると共に、公共交通機関導入効果指標を目的変数とし、説明変数と目的変数間の相関を分析し、相関分析により計算された相関係数の値に応じて駅の位置情報と接続関係を変更した交通路線を生成し、少なくとも生成した交通路線を表示部に出力する路線生成部117と、を備える。【選択図】図1
