To provide a heat exchanger capable of suppressing reduction of heat exchange efficiency by avoiding a failure that frosting occurs between radiation fins, in simple configuration without especially requiring power supply.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger comprises: a pair of header pipes each including an inflow port and an outflow port for a coolant; multiple heat exchange tubes which are disposed in parallel between the header pipes and in which the coolant is circulated; and multiple radiation fins which are disposed in an air channel between the heat exchange tubes. One or more flexible vibration pieces which are swung by ventilation are provided inside of the air channel where the radiation fins are disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
