To provide a ship bottom antifouling coating capable of mass production by using an inexpensive and easily available material.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A coating contains a shell powder, an organic article burned ash or an organic carbide powder. The shell powder, the organic article burned ash or the organic carbide powder are preferably mixed uniformly in the coating. The shell powder preferably consists of bivalves powder, especially shell powder of one or more kind of Shuri shell, short-necked clam and Corbicula. The shell powder preferably has a size of 100 to 300 mesh. The organic article burned ash may consist of food residue or burned ash of woods. The added amount of the shell powder, the organic article burned ash or the organic carbide powder is preferably 20 to 50%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
