To provide a mounting structure of a resin solar roof module, which can inhibit thermal deformation and can keep appearance.SOLUTION: A contact portion 60 of a seal member 52 is brought into contact at a location closer to the center of an upper surface of a surface layer 30 of a solar cell module 11 than an end of the upper surface of the surface layer in a vehicle width direction. Therefore, when the temperature drops, the surface layer 30 of resin shrinks and therefore a distance between the end of the surface layer in the vehicle width direction and the seal member 52 increases. Even in such a case, the contact state is maintained and the appearance of a roof is prevented from deteriorating. Also, the end of the surface layer 30 in the vehicle width direction is separated from the seal member 52 with a predetermined distance; therefore, when the temperature increases, the surface layer 30 expands (elongates) and thus the end of the surface layer in the vehicle width direction is prevented or inhibited from being brought into contact with the seal member 52.
