To be able to move a rotorcraft while pressing a wheel against a wall surface to be inspected without requiring delicate remote control, and to ensure that location information of defect-located areas are correctly obtained even in locations that radio waves from GPS satellites have difficulty reaching.SOLUTION: A small-sized rotorcraft 51 is made to fly by remote control. A pair of wheels 131 provided rotatably around a horizontal axis on the rotorcraft 51 are pressed against a wall surface W of a building to be inspected, and the rotorcraft 51 is moved in the vertical direction as is. During that time, the rotation of the wheels 131 is detected by a rotary encoder, and the wall W is continuously struck by a striking sound diagnostic device 151 to collect the striking sound at that time. Further, the positional deviation of the rotorcraft 51 with respect to the wheels 131 is absorbed by allowing the displacement between the wheels 131 and the rotorcraft 51 to be elastically received.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13

    【課題】微妙な遠隔操作を要することなく、点検対象となる壁面に車輪を押し付けたまま回転翼機を移動させ得るようにすること。GPS衛星からの電波が届きにくい場所でも、不良発見場所の位置情報を正しく得られるようにすること。【解決手段】小型の回転翼機51を遠隔操作によって飛行させ、点検対象となる建造物の壁面Wに、回転翼機51に水平軸周りに回転自在に設けられた一対の車輪131を押し付け、そのまま回転翼機51を上下方向に移動させる。その間、車輪131の回転をロータリエンコーダによって検出し、打音診断装置151によって壁面Wを連続的に叩打してその際の打音を採取する。また車輪131と回転翼機51との間の変位を許容して弾性的に受け止めることによって、車輪131に対する回転翼機51の位置ずれを吸収する。【選択図】図13
