The length channels are formed by a plurality of passage floating bodies 1 assembled in order along its both end directions, the width channels are formed by alternately assembling the passage floating bodies and connection floating bodies along the two sides. The connection floating bodies are attached to side walls of the passage floating bodies. The surrounding continuous operation and the maintenance channel is divided into a number of solar power generation ranges 1c by operation and maintenance passages 1b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
