To provide a base station device capable of autonomously moving with a high communication stability.SOLUTION: A unit 10 has such an integrated structure that a secondary battery 11, a power converter 12, a communication unit 200, and a drive unit 14 are accommodated in a housing. The secondary battery 11 has a capacity equal to or more than a specific capacity. The power converter 12 converts a power supplied from the secondary battery 11. The communication unit 200 performs ad hoc communication with the other device by the power converted by the power converter 12. The drive unit 14 moves the own device autonomously by the power converted by the power converter 12. In addition, the specific capacity of the secondary battery 11 is equal to or more than 12 kWh. The communication unit 200 includes a plurality of kinds of wireless communication units. A distribution unit 110 of a controller 100 performs distribution to any one of the plurality of kinds of wireless communication units according to a purpose of communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
