To achieve high estimation accuracy of a camera motion even when a number of similar patterns exist in an image.SOLUTION: The camera motion estimation device includes a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and an estimation unit. The first acquisition unit acquires characteristic point correspondence information showing a correspondence between characteristic points included in an image in a time sequence. The second acquisition unit acquires pixel flow information showing a locus of a pixel included in an image in a time sequence. The estimation unit estimates a motion of a camera which picks up an image in a time sequence, using the pixel flow information and the characteristic point correspondence information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
