To provide an interior component assembly structure which achieves assembly convenience and stability of swaging quality.SOLUTION: A vehicle interior material 20 includes attachment bosses 25 each protruding to an interior component 30. The interior component 30 includes: attachment holes 35 through which the attachment bosses 25 are respectively inserted and which are formed by elongated holes having a hole diameter L5 which is set larger than an outer diameter L2 of the attachment boss 25; and lid parts 36, each of which covers a part of the attachment hole 35. The interior component 30 is assembled to the vehicle interior material 20 by inserting the attachment bosses 25 into the attachment holes 35 in a state where the lid parts 36 are opened and swaging the inserted attachment bosses 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
