To release an impact load applied to a cabin during a frontal collision to reduce deformation of the cabin and thereby secure collision performance equivalent to a truck which does not have a cabin extension part even with a vehicle body frame, used in a normal cabin, at a truck having a cabin extension part.SOLUTION: A vehicle body structure of a truck 1 has a cabin 2 and a load-carrying platform deck 3 and is provided with a cabin extension part 2B having a space at the vehicle rear side within the cabin 2. At lower parts of the cabin 2 and the load-carrying platform deck 3, a vehicle body frame 4 having an inclined part 4b inclining to the vehicle upper side toward the vehicle rear side and a horizontal part 4a positioned at the rear end side of the inclined part 4b is provided. At a lower part of a vehicle rear end of the cabin 2, a bending part 4c having a shape continuing into the load-carrying platform deck 3, provided with a space part S opening to the vehicle rear side, and formed by a rear end of the inclined part 4b and the horizontal part 4a of the vehicle body frame 4 is disposed in a range of the space part S in a vehicle fore and aft direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】キャビン拡張部を有するトラックにおいて、通常キャビンと共通の車体フレームであっても、キャビンに掛かる前突時の衝撃荷重を車両後方に逃がしてキャビンの変形を低減させ、キャビン拡張部が無いトラックと同等の衝突性能を確保する。【解決手段】キャビン2と荷台デッキ3を有し、キャビン2内の車両後方にスペースを有するキャビン拡張部2Bが設けられているトラック1の車体構造において、キャビン2及び荷台デッキ3の下部には、車両後方へ向かって車両上方に傾斜する傾斜部4bと、傾斜部4bの後端側に位置する水平部4aとを有する車体フレーム4が設けられ、キャビン2の車両後端の下部には、荷台デッキ3と連続した形状を有し、車両後方に開口する空間部Sが設けられ、車体フレーム4の傾斜部4bの後端と水平部4aとで形成される屈曲部4cが、車両前後方向で空間部Sの範囲内に配置されている。【選択図】図2
