To provide a technique capable of explaining the necessity of replacement of a component or a component group to a customer.SOLUTION: The replacement prediction device is a component replacement prediction device 20 for predicting replacement time of a component and includes: a processing part 25 which respectively calculates replacement periods of respective components based on interval information showing periods of the respective components included in an elevator 3 from a new construction until failure occurs or periods from the new construction until the respective components are replaced and recalculates a replacement period of a related component mechanically operated in association with a first component in the case where a replacement period of the first component included in the elevator 3 is changed based on interval information of the first component and interval information of the related component; and a display part for creating drawing data which shows that a replacement period of the related component is changed to a replacement period obtained after the recalculation done by the processing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
