To provide a sound insulation structure capable of obtaining high sound insulation property and a vessel.SOLUTION: The sound insulation structure includes: a first sound absorption material 41 supported by a reinforcement rib 18 and including a surface 41b arranged on an inner surface 25a of a shell plate 25; a second sound absorption material 43 in contact with the inner surface 25a of the shell plate 25 and including a surface 43a facing the surface 41b; and a sound insulation member 42 provided in between the first sound absorption material 41 and the second sound absorption material 43 and insulating sound by oscillation in a state being in contact with a part of the surfaces 41b, 43a. The sound insulation member 42 has a plurality of through holes 46 passing sound waves in a direction going from the surface 41b toward the surface 43a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
