To provide a bracket for anti-vibration device by which stress concentration due to vibration input from an anti-vibration device body is alleviated.SOLUTION: A bracket 10 comprises: a bracket body 12 which is fixed to a vibration reception part by vehicle body fitting parts 14A, 14B; a recess 26A which is formed on a face on a side opposite to a fitting position of an anti-vibration device body existing between the vehicle body fitting parts 14A, 14B in the bracket body 12; and an insert metal fitting 34A which comprises a cylindrical part 36A penetrating the bracket body 12 at the fitting position and a flange part 40A provided integrally with the cylindrical part 36A on a second end side opposite to a first end side of the cylindrical part on which the anti-vibration device body is fixed to the bracket body 12 by a fastener inserted in the cylindrical part 36A, and located on a bottom surface 28A of the recess 26A. The flange part 40A is separated, in a plan view, from at least an orthogonal part of a peripheral wall surface 30A of the recess 26A which is positioned in a direction orthogonal to a fitting direction which connects the vehicle body fitting parts 14A, 14B to the cylindrical part 34A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
