To reduce a cost while suppressing cavity resonance of a pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire 13 with noise damper component has: a pneumatic tire 10 having a belt layer 30 which is so configured as to include a steel cord; a noise damper component 16 which is configured from a sheet-like member, and has a protrusion 16A which is convexed toward an interior of a cavity from a tire inner surface side for the purpose of suppressing cavity resonance of the pneumatic tire 10; and a magnet 42 which is attached to the noise damper component 16, and holds the noise damper component 16 on the tire inner surface by generating a suction force between itself and the steel cord.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
