To provide a resin metal composite member for tire that is a member containing a metal member provided on a tire, which is excellent in adhesive durability and wet heat durability.SOLUTION: A resin metal composite member for tire has a metal member 27, an adhesive layer 25 and a coating resin layer 28 in this order, where the adhesive layer 25 has a continuous phase containing a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer having a polar functional group and a non-continuous phase containing a styrenic elastomer, and a ratio of the continuous phase to the whole adhesive layer 25 is 60 mass% or more and 93 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
