To provide an electric power conversion system capable of suppressing a serge voltage, and reducing a noise flowing from an input part of the power change device.SOLUTION: A conductor including a positive conductor member 564p and a negative conductor member 564n, includes: first connection parts 563p' and 563n' which are provided on power side terminals 562p and 562n, and to which a first capacitor is connected; and second connection parts 560p and 560n which are provided on power supply side terminals 561n and 561p side, and to which the second capacitor is connected. The first connection parts 563p' and 563n' are connected to an electrode surface of a first capacitor 514 closer to the power side terminals 562p and 562n than the second connection parts 560p and 560n as a reference of a central part of the electrode surface of the first capacitor 514 so that a wiring distance of the conductor of the first connection parts 563p' and 563n' and the second connection parts 560p and 560n becomes larger than that of the conductor of the first connection parts 563p' and 563n' and power side terminals 562p and 562n.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
