To provide a manufacturing method of a heater device capable of maintaining a projection direction of a projection-shaped part even in a case where an electrode protection part is formed.SOLUTION: A first surface 32a of a substrate 32 of a second sheet 16 at the side of a first sheet 14 is coated with a paste-state conductive material of which the linear expansion coefficient is greater than that of a material constituting the substrate 32 and then, the conductive material is heated and cooled successively, thereby forming a second electrode 34. Thereafter, a peripheral edge 341 of the second electrode 34 and a peripheral region 35 that is positioned around the second electrode 34, on the first surface 32a are coated with a paste-state first insulation material and then the first insulation material is heated and cooled successively, thereby forming an electrode protection part 30. Thereafter, an opposite region 42 facing the peripheral edge 341 of the second electrode 34 on a second surface 32b of the substrate 32 and a peripheral region 44 that is positioned around the opposite region 42, on the second surface 32b are coated with a paste-state second insulation material and then, the second insulation material is heated and cooled successively, thereby forming an insulation part 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】電極保護部を形成しても、凸形状部の凸の向きを維持できるヒータ装置の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】第2シート16の基材32の第1シート14側の第1面32aに対して、基材32を構成する材料よりも線膨張係数が大きなペースト状の導電材料を塗布した後、導電材料の加熱と冷却とを順に行うことで、第2電極34を形成する。その後、第2電極34の周縁部341と、第1面32aのうち第2電極34の周辺に位置する周辺領域35とに対して、ペースト状の第1絶縁材料を塗布した後、第1絶縁材料の加熱と冷却とを順に行うことで、電極保護部30を形成する。その後、基材32の第2面32bのうち第2電極34の周縁部341に対向する対向領域42と、第2面32bのうち対向領域42の周辺に位置する周辺領域44とに対して、ペースト状の第2絶縁材料を塗布した後、第2絶縁材料の加熱と冷却とを順に行うことで、絶縁部40を形成する。【選択図】図2
