To provide a vehicle heat exchange device which can guide a sufficient amount of cooling air to a heat exchanger disposed behind a front bumper.SOLUTION: A vehicle heat exchange device 100 includes: an ATF cooler 10; and a duct member 20 which is disposed between a front bumper 1 and the ATF cooler 10 and forms a passage 20a in which cooling air passes from a front introduction port 41 of the front bumper 1 to an air inflow part 11 of the ATF cooler 10. The duct member 20 has: a front surface opening 25 which introduces air into the passage 20a from the vehicle front side through the front introduction port 41 of the front bumper 1; a bottom surface opening 27 which introduces air into the passage 20a from the vehicle lower side; and a rear surface opening 26 which faces the air inflow part 11 of the ATF cooler 10 and opens on an end part of the passage 20a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
