PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method of an adhesion state capable of simply evaluating the quality of the adhesion state between a metallic material and a rubber material.SOLUTION: A determination method of an adherence state is the method for determining the adherence state between a metallic material and a rubber material covering the metallic material. The metallic material has a plated layer mainly comprising brass or zinc on a surface layer. In this method, an amount of cobalt is calculated, which exists inside the rubber material on an inner surface of the rubber material exposed in the vicinity of an interface located along the interface spaced away from the interface of the metallic material. When the amount of cobalt of the surface of the metallic material is greater than the amount of cobalt of the inner surface of the rubber material, it is determined that the adherence between the metallic material and the rubber material is excellent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】金属材料とゴム材料の接着状態の良否を簡易に評価することができる、接着状態の判定方法を提供する。【解決手段】接着状態の判定方法は、金属材料と、前記金属材料を被覆するゴム材料との接着状態を判定する方法である。前記金属材料は、真鍮又は亜鉛を主成分とするめっき層を表層に有している。この方法では、前記ゴム材料内に、前記金属材料との界面と間隔をあけて前記界面に沿って位置する界面近傍領域で露出させた前記ゴム材料の内部表面、及び、前記金属材料の表面のそれぞれに存在するコバルト量を測定する。そして、前記金属材料の表面のコバルト量が、前記ゴム材料の内部表面のコバルト量より多い場合に、前記金属材料と前記ゴム材料との接着が良好であると判定する。【選択図】図3
